We are a company specializing in logistics and last-mile operations, seeking motorcycle couriers to join a new light parcel delivery project in Central Madrid with real opportunities for professional growth. Your role will be delivering small e\-commerce packages. **What do we offer?** * Permanent full-time contract – registration under the General Social Security Scheme. * Shifts from Monday to Saturday (2 days off, with Sunday fixed and Saturday or Monday rotating). * Working hours starting at 07:00. * Payment of €0.80 gross per package actually delivered. Predefined routes typically allow for over 12 deliveries per hour. * The more deliveries you complete, the higher your earnings. * Guaranteed minimum wage (SMI). **Vehicle** * Your own motorcycle (bonus of €180 for bringing your own motorcycle). * Company motorcycle (driver’s license and your own helmet required). **Responsibilities: What will you do?** * Delivering light e\-commerce parcels in Madrid. * Managing assigned routes via mobile application. * Picking up packages from warehouse or convenience point; completing deliveries with POD (Proof of Delivery) registration. * Real-time reporting of incidents and deliveries. * Providing basic customer service to recipients during delivery. * Adhering to operational quality and safety standards. * Monitoring specific KPIs and maintaining service quality. **Requirements** * Valid work permit. * Driver’s license A1, A2, or B. * Experience in courier, messenger, or delivery services (preferred). * Basic proficiency with mobile applications. * Commitment, punctuality, and customer orientation. * Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics, parcel delivery, or delivery companies. * Familiarity with Madrid. * Experience using a delivery motorcycle with trunk.
