We are looking for a technical, solution-oriented, and committed candidate capable of independently performing the core functions of this area. **Requirements:** · Minimum 5 years of experience in labor advisory services or at a professional consultancy. · Proficiency in payroll management, social security contributions, employment contracts, dismissals, ERTEs (Temporary Employment Regulation Files), labor inspections, and procedures with the Social Security Administration. · Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. · Fluent use of applications such as SILTRA, Contrat@, Certific@2, and labor management software. · Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve labor-related incidents with sound technical judgment. **Offered:** · Permanent full-time contract. · Compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities. · Immediate start. · Job stability within an established company.
