Job Description* Knowledge of and ability to apply the HACCP plan in your role. * Collaborate in organizing and cleaning workstations and hotel stewarding equipment. * Maintain high-quality cleaning processes for facilities and equipment specific to the hotel’s food and beverage service. * Maintain appearance, hygiene, and uniformity in line with required standards. * Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas. * Care for and maintain stewarding equipment in optimal condition. * Use machinery, water, and cleaning products correctly. Requirements * Organizational skills. * Prior experience in cleaning. * Immediate availability.
