We are seeking a kitchen assistant to join a team in Monteagudo, Murcia. Daily responsibilities include preparing menus according to a pre-established plan, ensuring cleanliness and order throughout all kitchen areas and surrounding spaces. The position also involves recording temperatures, monitoring food consumption, and checking expiration dates. It is essential to maintain general facility hygiene in accordance with internal procedures, organize cabinets and the laundry area, and replenish necessary cleaning supplies. Prior experience in menu preparation, possession of a food handler’s certificate, and holding a valid type B driver’s license along with personal transportation for commuting are desirable. The contract is temporary for six months, full-time, and the salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
