Sector: Sales Function: Other RAL: Professional Experience: 1\-2 years Manages Others: No Employment Type: Temporary position, aiming for indefinite-term contract Professional Level: Employee **We are looking for someone with:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects). * Knowledge of AI tools related to image generation and adaptation; fluency in crafting effective prompts. * Experience in photo retouching. * Experience designing interactive assets, email campaigns, and microsites (GIFs, video, etc.). * Experience in email layout design. * A portfolio or examples of completed design work. * Attention to and appreciation for detail. * Proactivity and innovation. * Adaptability and flexibility in response to change. * Agility and speed in executing proposals. * Strong teamwork ability to improve process quality and efficiency. * Planning capability and aptitude for decision-making. * Versatility in collaborating with other departments. **Preferred qualifications:** * Education in marketing/design. * Experience in e-commerce. * Experience with video editing software. * Knowledge of usability principles. * Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. * Curiosity about design trends. * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite—primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. * Familiarity with AI tools for image generation.
