Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Technical Architect to support measurements, budgets, cost control, and economic monitoring of projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the detailed preparation of measurements and construction budgets. 2. Preparation of technical documentation such as drawings and reports. 3. Administrative and technical monitoring of construction projects, including certifications. We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Technical Architect for a position in Churriana de la Vega. Main responsibilities will include the detailed preparation of measurements and construction budgets, as well as supporting tender comparisons, cost control, and economic monitoring of projects. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing necessary technical documentation, such as drawings, specification sheets, and reports. Close coordination with the project design team and site managers will be essential to ensure smooth technical and documentary communication. Daily tasks will also cover administrative and technical monitoring of construction projects, including document management, certifications, and scheduling. Basic rendering skills, proficiency in Presto and AutoCAD, and experience with measurement tools are desirable. A permanent part-time employment contract is offered, with working hours of 4 hours per day from 9:00 to 13:00\. The monthly salary is 1\.000 euros, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
