Keep reading!** **At Fisura, we are growing and looking for our next Junior Product Technician to join our team and help us bring new gift and decoration products to life.** **What will you do in our team?** We are seeking to hire a Junior Product Technician to join our Product team and support the development and monitoring of our products — from the earliest stages through to production. On a day-to-day basis: * You will support the development and monitoring of new products. * You will participate in preparing and updating product briefs and documentation. * You will monitor samples and prototypes, checking dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, and packaging. * You will keep product information and specifications up to date in our ERP system. * You will liaise with suppliers to request samples, conduct follow-ups, and resolve minor issues. * You will collaborate with Design and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth product development. * You will support cost, pricing, and production tracking. * You will help identify and resolve potential issues during development and production. **What we’re looking for in you** * Education related to Product Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Design, or similar fields. * Prior experience is not required: we seek a junior candidate eager to learn and grow. * Interest in products, design, trends, and the retail industry. * Proficiency in Excel and organizational tools. * Sufficient English proficiency to communicate effectively with international suppliers. * You are organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. * You enjoy teamwork and communicating across departments. * You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn. * Previous experience in product management, purchasing, retail, decoration, gifts, fashion, or related sectors is a plus. **What we offer you** * Monthly salary of €950. * Flexible working hours: 8:00/9:00–16:00/17:00 — your afternoons are yours! * A birthday day off (to celebrate properly). * Social benefits: private health insurance, hotel discounts, and special offers on our collections. * The opportunity to join a creative company recognized as a leader in the design industry. * Real opportunities for growth and continuous professional development. * An environment where you can learn firsthand about product development, supplier management, design, and trends.
