Job Summary: A major industrial company is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to design mechanical parts and assemblies, develop products, and optimize processes. Professional development within an established and international industrial company An internationally recognized industrial company specializing in innovative packaging and product protection solutions is seeking a **Junior Mechanical Engineer** for its Engineering team. Responsibilities: * Mechanical part and assembly design using **3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)**. * Preparation of technical drawings, exploded views, and associated documentation. * Design of **industrial layouts** (AutoCAD or other 2D tools). * Participation in the development of new products and improvement of existing ones. * Support in optimizing production processes. * Coordination with production, maintenance, and supplier departments. * Implementation of design modifications as required. * Standardization of components and processes. * Compliance with technical regulations and quality standards. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * **1–3 years** of experience in mechanical design. * Proficiency in **3D CAD software (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of 2D design (AutoCAD or similar). * Ability to interpret drawings and tolerances. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with **Autodesk Inventor** (highly desirable). * Knowledge of industrial processes (manufacturing, machining, assembly). * Experience in industrial environments and plant layout design. * Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing / 5S**.
