Among the responsibilities involved in the role of Construction Site Manager: control and management of site execution, planning and execution, cost monitoring and tracking, team management, ensuring compliance with PRL and Health and Safety regulations, etc. ### **Requirements** \- University Technical Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, ICCP, ITOP, etc. \- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager in building projects \- Resident in the area or able to work on projects in Málaga \- Proficiency in construction execution, team supervision, personnel management, cost control, etc. You will join a well\-recognized company in the sector, with established structure and procedures, and become part of a qualified and cohesive professional team. ### **We offer** Stability within the Málaga branch on other projects of similar nature: residential buildings, hotels, unique constructions.
