You will be responsible for ensuring that construction works are carried out according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, meeting established deadlines and budgets. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of photovoltaic construction works. * Management of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control of project costs, timelines, and resources. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the company’s internal policies. * Supervision of work quality and resolution of technical issues. * Coordination with other company departments (engineering, procurement, etc.) and with public authorities and clients. * Preparation of progress and status reports. * Management of permits and licenses required for project execution. * Optimization of construction processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. **What we seek in you:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience as a **Construction Manager**, with specialization and proven expertise in constructing **photovoltaic projects**. * **Technical knowledge:** Solid understanding of photovoltaic engineering, mounting systems, medium- and low-voltage electricity, and applicable regulations. * **Management skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and effectively resolve conflicts. * **Results orientation:** Strong focus on achieving objectives, meeting deadlines, and adhering to budgets. * **Proactivity and autonomy:** Ability to work independently, make decisions, and anticipate potential problems. * **Competencies:** Communication, organizational, and planning skills. * **Education:** A university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Renewable Energy, or related field) is preferred. * **Languages:** Knowledge of English is valued. * **Residence:** Preferably based in Navarra or willing to travel frequently within the region. **What we offer:** * Joining a stable and industry-leading company in the renewable energy sector. * Opportunity to participate in challenging, large-scale projects. * Professional development and growth within the company. * Indefinite contract and competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
