Your primary challenges and responsibilities will be: * **Master Visibility:** Implement and maintain *ServiceNow Discovery* to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of IT assets across data centers and *cloud* environments (Azure). * **Map Impact:** Design *Service Mapping* dependency maps between IT components and business services to proactively understand operational impact. * **Reduce Noise:** Configure rules in *Event Management* for alert correlation, reduction of false positives, and automated incident creation in collaboration with the Observability team. * **Ensure CMDB Health:** Maintain configuration database accuracy, normalize data, and implement the CSDM (*Common Service Data Model*) framework. * **Consultative Leadership:** Facilitate process workshops for requirement definition, closely collaborate with multiple development teams, and technically assess demands against platform best practices. ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking For)** **Mandatory (Key Requirements):** * **Experience:** More than 4 years of relevant professional experience in the technology sector, with 3 to 7 years specifically focused on IT operations, including hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementations. * **ServiceNow Development:** Over 3 years of development experience on the platform, including *Business Rules*, *Glide*, scripting, UI *Policies*, *Flow Designer*, and ACLs. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in JavaScript, *MID Server* configuration, and API integration (REST/SOAP/JSON). * **Languages:** Advanced **English (C1 level required)** and Spanish, with excellent interpersonal communication and technical documentation skills. * **Education:** A university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrable professional experience). **Highly Valued (Desirable):** * Official ServiceNow certifications: *System Administration*, *Application Development*, or *Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)* in Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping. * ITILv3 or ITIL4 certification\. * Experience integrating ServiceNow with leading monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Dynatrace. * Passion for learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team under Agile/Scrum methodologies. ### **How We’ll Measure Your Impact** * Monthly achievement of efficiency and stability objectives for platform projects. * Effective alignment and execution of the strategic architecture and infrastructure plan. * Reduction of technical debt and optimization of environment deployment performance.
