Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to provide IT support, manage incidents, and perform network maintenance and administration at a school in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: 1. Software and hardware incident response and resolution 2. Management of students' computer equipment 3. Network administration and technical support for school events We are looking for an IT Technician to work at one of our schools located in El Encinar de los Reyes, Madrid. Start Date: Late June 2026 We Offer: \- Permanent full-time contract \- Positive and supportive work environment \- Breakfast and lunch provided Responsibilities: \- Respond to and resolve software and hardware incidents reported by school staff \- Manage incidents related to students' computer equipment/devices \- Perform maintenance, installation, and configuration tasks \- Support school events by ensuring technical functionality \- User account management \- Network administration \- Operation of audio equipment Requirements: \- Higher Vocational Training Degree: Network Systems Administration, Microcomputer Systems and Networks, etc. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles performing Helpdesk functions \- Experience in the education sector is considered a strong advantage Work Location: On-site employment
