As an IT Support Technician, you will work in a logistics center alongside other team members, remote support teams, and other company personnel to deliver vital technical support. Key job responsibilities Provide local user assistance through installation, support, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications. Manage tickets, providing first- and second-level support. Perform proactive maintenance to optimize the availability of all IT equipment. Implement projects and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with your team members. About the team The Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) team provides uninterrupted technical support to Amazon’s global operations. Maintaining, updating, and protecting the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the world’s largest companies requires diverse skill sets. This team includes, in part, engineers who help implement and create new solutions, as well as other roles responsible for management tasks, advising technical support teams to enable better end-user support. Amazon’s OTS team strives to balance performance and sustainability in all new solutions. Much of our team works on-site. The team operates 24/7, enabling us to provide assistance or carry out critical maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to operations. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Relevant experience handling hardware and software, including Microsoft Office or Windows, in an IT role. * Relevant experience in an IT support environment or in IT asset and procurement management. * Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of business partners, including team members and leadership. * Advanced level of Spanish, both spoken and written. * Valid driver’s license. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Preferred qualifications are a plus but not required to apply for this position.
