Job Summary: Prosegur is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to provide IT systems support and participate in the development of minor evolutionary enhancements for the Cash business. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT systems support and development of minor evolutionary enhancements. 2. Preparation of functional documentation and software test plans. 3. Incident resolution and production version management. DESCRIPTION Prosegur is looking for an **IT Support Senior Analyst** for our IT department within the Cash business, located in **Madrid**, where you will enjoy a **hybrid work model** (combining remote work with office attendance). **What will be your mission?** You will provide support to the IT systems comprising the Cash business platform in Spain and Portugal, and participate in the development of minor evolutionary enhancements. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Preparation of Functional Documentation based on business stakeholders’ requirements. * Preparation and execution of Software Test Plans. * Coordination and execution of IT systems support activities in production (incident resolution and deployment of new versions to production). * Development of minor evolutionary enhancements in the Procert and CashToolKit systems.
