If you want to know more about us go to GMV website **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?** You will be part of a team involved in identifying and scaling IT solutions and capabilities, promoting their reuse and application across different contexts and projects within GMV. In addition, you will play a key role in the technical coordination of corporate IT teams, helping define approaches, validate solutions, and ensure aligned, robust, and efficient execution. Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with GMV **projects and business areas**, **coordinating the IT and project teams** involved. * Participating in the **evaluation and definition of technology solutions**. * **Monitoring initiatives and services**, identifying opportunities for **improvement, optimization, and technological evolution**. * **Analyzing functional and technical requirements**, acting as the first level of assessment prior to implementation. * Providing **functional and technical support** to projects. * Preparing and communicating **metrics, progress updates, and the status** of initiatives to various stakeholders. **WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?** For this position, we are seeking professionals with a **business\-oriented mindset and an interest in managing complex IT environments**, as well as experience working with **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). You will also need experience in **demand management, solution definition, team coordination, and initiative tracking**. Strong technical judgment is essential to evaluate solutions and make high\-level decisions, along with a **high level of English** proficiency.
