The position requires on-site diagnostic capability, resolution of technical incidents, and execution of interventions on sensors, analyzers, and measurement systems in industrial or airport environments. The ideal candidate combines knowledge in electronics, electricity, communications, and automation with operational skills to perform direct interventions on equipment deployed across the national territory, as well as in airport environments. Occasionally, work at height may be required, in accordance with operational needs and established safety procedures. The selected candidate will also assist in preparing technical reports, functional testing, and documentation processes. We offer: * Integration into a multinational company with over 35 years of experience in meteorology and environmental monitoring. * Continuous technical training. * Company vehicle for technical interventions. * Permanent contract with opportunities for professional development. **Key Responsibilities** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of meteorological and air quality monitoring stations. * On-site diagnosis and repair of faults at remote stations. * Installation and commissioning of electronic measurement systems. * Performance evaluation and validation testing of equipment. * Configuration of networks, communications, and data logging systems. * Preparation of technical reports and completion of work reports. * Software and firmware updates for devices. * Adherence to defined maintenance protocols for installed equipment. * Cross-functional support for other technical company projects. **Requirements** Education: Higher Technical Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on technical maintenance experience with electronic systems, preferably in the field. Prior experience with meteorological or air quality monitoring systems is highly valued. Technical Knowledge: * Analog and digital electronics; interpretation of schematics and diagrams. * Communication protocols and networking (Ethernet, VPN, RS-232/485, TCP/IP). * Low-voltage electrical systems, electrical regulations, and protective devices. * Instrumentation: wind, temperature, humidity sensors; gas analyzers. * Use of diagnostic tools, multimeters, data loggers, and maintenance software. Other Requirements: * Valid EU driving license (Class B). * Willingness and ability to travel locally and nationally. * Technical-level English (written comprehension and documentation). * Time management skills and ability to work independently. Desired Qualifications * Experience in airport or industrial environments. * Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Work-at-height experience. * Networking and communications: communication protocols, basic network configuration, local area networks (LAN), VPNs, remote desktop access. * Electrical installer certification. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, or SCADA software. * Fluent English: spoken, written, and reading. **Compensation:** *The anticipated base salary range for this position is between €22,500 and €30,000. DTN is a performance-based organization, meaning compensation may increase over time based on individual performance. The actual base salary offered will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education/training, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable legislation.
