Devoteam has been awarded Partner of the Year 2021 by the five leading cloud providers: **AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.** \#CreativeTechnologyForBetterChange **Job Description** We are seeking a Project Manager or Systems Coordinator whose mission will be to perform coordination tasks between the client and Devoteam’s other technical pillars (e.g., Cybersecurity) and Systems & Infrastructure & Cloud administration tasks. * **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** o SPOC (Single Point of Contact): The individual will serve as the primary contact for the client’s IT requests: § Responsible for executing tasks related to Systems & Infrastructure & Cloud administration, with support available from Devoteam’s technical pillars. § Assign specialized requests to Devoteam’s technical structures. § Responsible for tracking all requests. § Preparation of activity reporting. o Ensuring the quality of the deployed service. o Acting as the liaison between the client and Devoteam’s various technical structures. **Location:** Primarily remote, but recurrently: once per week, once every two weeks, or once per month (as agreed with the client), involving a one-day trip to our Alicante office. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) **Requirements** **Minimum Experience:** * 5 years in a similar role as Infrastructure and Systems Administrator. * 3 years as a technical coordinator **Languages:** * Spanish * English: full professional proficiency. Minimum level C1. Services will be delivered in English: ticketing activities, reporting, follow-up meetings with “global” stakeholders, etc. * **Minimum Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent; or a University Bachelor’s Degree. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Training / certification in Project Management: PMP, PMI Project Management, or similar. * Training / Certification in Agile methodologies: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Lean IT, Kanban * **Knowledge and Experience in:** o Experience with Microsoft solutions o Knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS systems and servers o Knowledge of cloud architecture design (AWS, Google, Microsoft) or hybrid solutions.
