For new projects in the **industrial sector**, we require an **INDUSTRIAL PROJECT ENGINEER**. **Responsibilities:** * Drafting technical construction and installation projects, including reports, annexes, drawings, measurements, and specifications. * Performing calculations and sizing of industrial and building installations. * Preparing budgets and measurements associated with projects. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing supplier and contractor quotations. * Preparing and managing supplier tenders up to award of works. * Supervising, coordinating, and monitoring execution of construction works and installations, ensuring compliance with established technical, economic, and scheduling requirements. * Controlling execution quality and verifying compliance with project technical specifications. * Coordinating and maintaining fluent communication with clients, contractors, technical management, and relevant public administration bodies involved in the project. * Managing permits and handling required administrative procedures for project development. * Participating in progress meetings and preparing corresponding technical documentation and reports up to commissioning of installations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in drafting technical projects and construction management or monitoring. * Knowledge of design and execution of installations for: + Low Voltage (LV). + HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). + Ventilation. + Fire Protection Systems (FPS). * Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. * Advanced knowledge of MS Office. * Minimum English level B2\. * Availability to conduct site visits and occasional travel. * Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and incident-resolution skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in industrial refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of gas installations. * Experience in hydraulic and fluid systems. * Knowledge of water treatment and purification. * Proficiency in BIM (Revit). * Experience with Presto or similar measurement and budgeting software. * Prior participation in multidisciplinary projects and coordination of multiple stakeholders. **Work location:** * Madrid. **What we offer:** * Joining an established and specialized company in industrial and building engineering projects. * Participation in high-value-added technical projects across diverse sectors. * Professional development within a specialized technical team. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive remuneration, negotiable according to experience and profile.
