DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to manage maintenance contracts at several facilities of one of our clients in Almería. COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, carrying out comprehensive and specialized maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. The role's mission is to control and organize the proper functioning of comprehensive maintenance of facilities to ensure full customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating and planning maintenance execution. * Staff planning. * Requesting materials and services. * Managing and verifying technical and progress reports. * Coordinating budget preparation. * Delivering reports and budgets. * Economic monitoring of results.
