We are seeking to hire a **PROJECT ENGINEER – INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS** in Bilbao for new projects in the field of industrial installations. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Drafting, planning, coordinating, and monitoring industrial installation projects. * Developing engineering projects for new construction, expansions, renovations, and improvements of installations. * Designing and calculating industrial installations, participating in the technical development of projects. * Preparing technical reports, calculation annexes, quantity take-offs, budgets, and drawings. * Technical coordination with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Supporting site management and project monitoring, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and scheduling requirements. * Document management and processing of projects before official authorities, where required. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing supplier quotations, and supporting the technical selection of equipment. * Coordinating work with collaborating companies and external specialists. * Participating in tender processes and preparing technical proposals. * Conducting site visits and monitoring project execution. **Requirements** ------------------ * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in managing or developing industrial projects, production engineering, installations, or site management. * Experience in drafting projects, technical management, or coordination of industrial installations will be valued. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to industrial installations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. * User-level proficiency in MS Office. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. ### **Especially valued** * Experience in industrial installations within the agri-food sector. * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection systems (FPS), electrical installations, fluid systems, gas systems, or industrial processes. * Experience in site management. * Experience handling procedures with public administrations. * Participation in tenders, bidding processes, or preparation of technical proposals. **Languages** ----------- * Spanish: native or bilingual. * English: B2 level or higher. **Location** --------- Bilbao. **Offer** ------------- * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term contract. * Stable project with opportunities for professional development. * Involvement in industrial projects across various sectors. * Fixed remuneration commensurate with experience. * Variable bonus based on performance.
