A degree in engineering is not mandatory. Valuable qualifications or knowledge in: * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). * Human Resources. * Quality Management Systems or process improvement. Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with work procedures. Excellent communication and active listening skills. An empathetic, positive, and people-oriented profile.
