Job Description: As an HR professional, you will be a fundamental pillar within the company. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing the company’s recruitment processes. * Comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle. * Support in occupational health and safety (PRL) tasks. * Document management and administrative support for employees. * Support in internal communications. * Advisory support on labor-related matters and employee relations.
