### **Responsibilities:**
* Recruitment: Participate in the talent recruitment and selection process—from job posting through interview coordination and candidate evaluation; coordinate with team leaders to identify hiring needs and define position profiles; and manage job platforms, candidate databases, and relationships with recruitment agencies.
* Onboarding and Offboarding Processes: Ensure proper integration of new employees through structured onboarding programs; coordinate welcome sessions and initial trainings; and manage employee exit processes (offboarding), ensuring required documentation, exit interviews, and appropriate internal communication.
* Training Management Support
+ Identify training needs in coordination with area leaders and Human Resources.
+ Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of training programs.
+ Manage the e\-learning platform (LMS) and training databases, ensuring compliance with development plans.
+ FUNDAE management.
* Talent KPIs: Define, measure, and analyze key talent management indicators.
* Support for Culture \& Engagement initiatives in DE\&I, CSR, Wellbeing, and Culture projects—cross-cutting across all activities, actions, and follow-up.
* Project support
* Communication:
+ Internal HR communication
+ HR email inbox management
+ HR SharePoint updates
### **Qualifications \& Experience Required:**
* Academic background: Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations, etc.
* A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in HR is desirable.
* Languages: English C1 and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages, such as Portuguese, is an advantage.
* Passionate about environmental protection and sustainability.
* Digitally savvy profile
