Our continuous growth drives us to strengthen our **People Department**, bringing in talent eager to learn and grow with us. **Role Mission** Support the People Department by collaborating in both **Labor Affairs** and **Talent & Recruitment**, contributing to effective people management in stores and to team well-being and safety. **Main Responsibilities** **Talent & Recruitment Area** * Posting job openings and screening resumes. * Conducting telephone interviews. * Managing and tracking uniforms. * Actively participating in *teambuilding* initiatives, company events, and workplace climate activities. **Labor Affairs – Occupational Risk Prevention Area** * Administrative support in **Occupational Risk Prevention** management. * Controlling and archiving preventive documentation. * Supporting the management of medical examinations. **Requirements** * Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. * Interest in Human Resources, especially in **Occupational Risk Prevention and Recruitment**. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What We Offer** * Paid internship. * Training course enabling participation in **extracurricular internships**. * Real and continuous learning in **Occupational Risk Prevention, Talent, and Recruitment**. * Mentorship and training provided by the HR team. * Opportunities for growth and future roles within the company. * Excellent working environment. * Training course enabling participation in **extracurricular internships**
