**Description:** ---------------- ROYAL ROOMS, a company specialized in outsourcing housekeeping services, is seeking to hire a **Hospitality Services Coordinator** to supervise and coordinate the operations of various services located in the central and northern areas of the Iberian Peninsula, based at our Madrid office. The selected candidate will join the Operations team and play a key role in coordinating, supervising, and improving assigned services, ensuring proper team functioning, service quality, and compliance with operational standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Training and mentoring of housekeepers, assistant housekeepers, and supervisors. * Implementation and monitoring of operational procedures. * Service supervision, quality audits, and action plans. * Support during the launch of new services. * Management of operational incidents and direct client liaison. * Cost control, profitability analysis, and process improvement. * Participation in the selection of key personnel. * Coordination and smooth communication with the Regional Management. * Implementation of environmental best practices and occupational safety measures. * Travel between various hotels located in Pamplona. **What Can We Offer You?** * Opportunity to join a solid, leading business group in service outsourcing. * A stable project with professional growth potential. * Real autonomy and responsibility in management. * Continuous professional development. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Salary: €28,000 SBA. * Company vehicle.
