Position Summary: We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to design and develop innovative hardware solutions for radio frequency (RF) systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable products. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of innovative hardware solutions for RF systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications, ensuring delivery of reliable, high-quality products. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager located in the USA and work from our development lab in Badalona, Barcelona, under a hybrid work model. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the hardware design process—from concept through production—for RF systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware and firmware requirements and specifications. * Design and develop hardware and embedded systems, including schematic capture and PCB design. * Conduct hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Stay current on the latest industry trends and technologies in RF systems. * **KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a technical field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) from an accredited institution; Electrical Engineering preferred. * Minimum two years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development. * Strong understanding of hardware design principles, methodologies, and best practices. * Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools. * Practical experience in hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of RF circuit design and associated considerations. * Experience with RF systems or related technologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
