




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects, manage teams, and apply digital tools such as BIM to ensure precise technical execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. A reputable company located in Goierri, specializing in the construction sector, is looking to incorporate a Project Manager into its organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects, managing teams and resources to meet objectives on time, with quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for applying digital tools (BIM) to ensure precise technical execution aligned with the project's digital model. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate construction works from initiation through to handover. * Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and formalize initial contracts. * Monitor the project’s financial performance: certifications, invoice control, and variance analysis. * Lead weekly site meetings, preparing pre-meeting agendas and closing minutes. * Resolve technical contradictions and conflicts during execution. * Apply BIM methodology on site: interpret the digital model, facilitate scanned data, and ensure correct implementation by the site team. * Control documentation related to prevention, quality, and environmental management. * Coordinate project closeout: financial settlement, final documentation, and post-sales support. **Requirements** **Education:** Surveyor, Technical Architect, Engineer, or equivalent qualification. **Minimum Experience:** 5 years. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in construction site management * Knowledge and application of BIM methodology * Proficiency in Presto and Microsoft Project * Experience using scanners (Leica, Topcom)
