Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** **Job Description** **Mission:** Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with scheduling, quality standards, safety measures, and instructions from the Production team. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and assign tasks among work teams and subcontractors. * Supervise proper execution of works in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor productivity, materials, machinery, and auxiliary resources required. * Coordinate with the site supervisor, production manager, and the rest of the construction team. * Verify compliance with occupational safety and health prevention measures. * Identify and report incidents, deviations, or site requirements. * Control quality and deadlines for completed works. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a foreman on construction projects. * Knowledge of construction processes, drawing interpretation, and team organization. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention applicable to the position. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore actively foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring all individuals can participate on equal footing.
