Opportunity for professional development and growth A prominent distributor of several international companies, offering its customers a wide range of molecular diagnostic products for immunology, transplantation, genetics, oncology, and blood banks laboratories, is recruiting for its Technical Service Department: Field Service Engineer Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Customer support and post-sales follow-up. * Resolution of laboratory equipment incidents. * Repairs, preventive maintenance, and software/hardware updates of instruments. * Preparation and management of service documentation. * Support during installation and configuration of software and networks associated with diagnostic equipment. * Coordination with the IT department to resolve connectivity, communication, or instrument database-related incidents.
