Job Summary: A major distribution company is seeking a Field Application Specialist for technical support in the southern region, responsible for product demonstrations, incident resolution, equipment maintenance, and customer training. Technical support role with direct customer interaction A major distributor representing several international companies, offering customers a broad range of molecular diagnostic products for immunology, transplantation, genetics, oncology, and blood banks laboratories, seeks: **FIELD APPLICATION SPECIALIST – Technical Support, Southern Region** **Responsibilities:** As part of the team, and following an extensive training period on the company’s distributed products, the candidate will assume, among other ancillary duties, the following support responsibilities: * Conducting product demonstrations and customer follow-up * Resolving incidents with customers * Performing preventive maintenance on certain equipment * Providing customer training / technology and product updates **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field (Biology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology) * Prior laboratory experience, especially in Molecular Diagnostics techniques (Sanger, NGS, etc.) * A PhD in Molecular Biology is desirable * Proven competencies in proactivity, dynamism, communication, technical rigor, organization, and goal-oriented achievement * Initiative, ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams * Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time; residence in Seville is advantageous * Languages – English (Advanced level – B2) * Proficiency in office software as an end user **Offer:** * Immediate incorporation into a leading company in its sector, offering stability and high dynamism.
