A position as farm assistant is available at an agricultural-livestock farm located in the Pallars Jussà region, near Tremp. The work takes place in a rural setting, involving direct contact with cattle and sheep, as well as general maintenance tasks. We seek a person who feels comfortable in a rustic environment and is eager to learn sector routines. Main responsibilities include scheduled animal feeding and monitoring their health status. You will also be responsible for keeping barns, pens, and storage areas clean and organized. Other routine tasks include repairing fences, organizing tools, and assisting with seasonal activities such as sowing or harvesting. Proactive identification of issues and prompt reporting to the supervisor are highly valued. The working hours are flexible, but availability to work two weekends per month is required. Immediate start is possible, with a net monthly salary of 1\.300 euros and potential performance-based increases. Initial training for specific tasks is provided. We are looking for a responsible, punctual individual with good physical fitness, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Completion of primary education is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in farm work or animal care. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential for commuting to the farm. Candidates must possess good physical fitness to perform strenuous tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects. Residency near Tremp and a proactive, punctual, and collaborative attitude are considered advantageous.
