Job Offer: Specialist Technician in Advanced Aesthetics – Torrelodones **Location:** Torrelodones, Madrid (Northwest Area) **Working Hours:** Full-time or Part-time **Contract Type:** Permanent / Job stability **Salary:** Salary according to the Madrid Beauty Institutes Collective Agreement \+ Attractive commission system based on sales and targets. Your Main Responsibilities * **Personalized diagnosis:** Conduct detailed skin and body assessments to recommend the optimal treatment plan. * **Facial and body treatments:** Perform manual protocols and advanced techniques (deep cleansings, peels, modeling massages). * **Advanced equipment operation:** Proficient use of center technologies such as Indiba, Radiofrequency, LPG, Pressotherapy, Diode Laser, etc. * **Consultation and sales:** Actively promote and sell home maintenance products and treatment packages. * **Workspace maintenance:** Ensure perfect hygiene, order, and disinfection of treatment cabins and tools. Required Profile (Requirements) * **Education:** Official qualification in Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Integral Aesthetics and Wellness or Specialist Technician (FPII). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year working in aesthetic centers or medical\-aesthetic clinics. * **Skills:** Excellent customer service, empathetic commercial profile, meticulousness in work, and strong organizational ability. * **Residence:** Resident in Torrelodones or nearby municipalities in the Northwest area (Galapagar, Las Rozas, Collado Villalba, Majadahonda, etc.) or able to commute easily.
