Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Plan and organize work processes. * Monitor and supervise on-site construction execution. * Ensure compliance with and track project deadlines. * Supervise and coordinate internal work teams and subcontractors. * Control resources, materials, and construction machinery. * Collaborate with the Construction Site Manager on monthly certifications. * Interpret construction drawings and layout plans. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Ensure full compliance with the site’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plan by all personnel. * Motivate your team to achieve productivity targets aligned with project objectives. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager / Foreman **Location** * Madrid **Offer** * Immediate hiring * Permanent contract * Opportunity for long-term employment * Salary commensurate with experience
