Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to supervise and direct construction projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Directing and supervising construction projects 2. Coordinating companies and personnel on site 3. Ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines We are looking for someone with experience directing and supervising construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out correctly on site, working closely with the Site Manager. Your daily tasks will include closely monitoring ongoing work, ensuring expected quality standards are met and that all activities proceed according to schedule. It will also be essential that you coordinate the various companies involved, so that everyone works collaboratively and the project progresses successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily supervision of on-site personnel, monitoring attendance and organizing human resources. You must be precise when carrying out measurements and setting-out operations, ensuring full compliance with architectural drawings. You will need to measure completed work to track progress and calculate associated costs. Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and their practical application is essential to ensure the safety of everyone on site. This is a full-time position. Prior experience in similar roles and the necessary qualifications to manage such projects are highly important. We highly value organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities with all stakeholders—from senior management to frontline workers. You must also be capable of solving problems and making quick decisions. Compulsory Secondary Education. Over 10 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager (Building Construction). Knowledge of preventive resources and completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course. At least 5 years’ practical experience in the sector is desirable.
