On this occasion, we are seeking an Electronic Engineer with HVAC industry knowledge, specialized in the development, integration, and validation of control systems. In this role, you will join the engineering team and be responsible for ensuring the proper electronic, control, and communication functionality of all products. You will also collaborate closely with teams across Europe; therefore, strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in multicultural environments are essential. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Integration of electronics, sensors, actuators, and controllers into manufactured units, along with development, programming, and tuning of control systems. * Firmware validation, laboratory testing, behavioral analysis, and functional optimization. * Implementation and support of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet. * Resolution of technical issues in prototypes and products under development. * Technical documentation (specifications, test reports, internal procedures). * Ongoing coordination with engineering teams in Europe and the local team. * Compliance with design standards, applicable regulations, and internal quality requirements. **What will make you successful in this position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC or thermal/thermomechanical product development. * Proficiency with CAREL tools and platforms. * Valuable experience with Siemens or Schneider Electric development environments. * Fluent English for international collaboration. * Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, BACnet. * Valuable knowledge of enterprise systems: o Teamcenter (product lifecycle management) o Workday o M3 (ERP) * Valuable knowledge of collaboration and project management tools: o Jira o Confluence * Experience in hardware and firmware validation, signal analysis, and electronic team management. * Ability to work collaboratively in international and multidisciplinary environments. * Ambition and capacity for growth
