A person is needed for electromechanical maintenance of facilities at the Valmojado Drinking Water Treatment Plant. The job involves repairing electrical faults, such as replacing contactors or relays, and disassembling motors for repair. Motors, pumps, and turbo compressors are inspected daily, and corrective maintenance tasks are performed—such as repairing mechanical pump seals—as well as preventive maintenance—such as lubricating equipment and replacing worn parts. In addition, maintenance reports must be completed in the computerized system. The work environment promotes continuous improvement and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaboration and ongoing training are encouraged. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring autonomy to resolve incidents, technical analysis capability, and a results-oriented approach. Higher vocational training in electrotechnical installations or equivalent qualification is required. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in electromechanical facility maintenance is required, preferably in treatment plants or industrial settings. Specific knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pumps, and control equipment is essential. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management software is required. A Class B driver’s license and basic plumbing knowledge are considered advantageous. Teamwork capability and autonomous fault resolution skills are required.
