You will join the Maintenance Department, contributing to the proper operation of critical facilities and participating in improvement and innovation projects aimed at operational excellence. What will be your mission? Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and optimization of the hotel’s electromechanical facilities, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and service. Key responsibilities * Supervise and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency projects. * Support the management of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and water treatment systems. * Analyze technical incidents and propose efficient solutions. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations. * Manage and supervise external vendors when required.
