At **Majestic Resorts**, we are seeking an **Electromechanical Engineer** for our hotel complex in Cancún\- Mexico.
If you hold an engineering degree, preferably in electromechanics, and have experience in maintenance and installations, and are looking for an international opportunity within a continuously growing luxury hotel company, we want to meet you.
You will join the Maintenance Department, contributing to the proper operation of critical facilities and participating in improvement and innovation projects aimed at operational excellence.
What will be your mission?
Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and optimization of the hotel’s electromechanical facilities, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and service.
Key responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
* Participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency projects.
* Support the management of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and water treatment systems.
* Analyze technical incidents and propose efficient solutions.
* Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
* Manage and supervise external vendors when required.

* Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, installations, or high-demand operational environments.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
* Interest in professional development and team leadership.
* Willingness to relocate and reside in Mexico.
* English proficiency is an asset.
