**Freelance Digital Pattern MakerJob Description** We are seeking a freelance digital pattern maker with experience in the technical development of patterns for high-quality, custom-made garments. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming designs into precise digital patterns ready for production and manufacturing, ensuring accurate technical interpretation of each garment. We are looking for someone with solid training in pattern making and enthusiasm to join an innovative project, taking on assignments flexibly and dynamically according to their capacity and availability. **Responsibilities** * Development of digital patterns based on technical specifications provided by the design team. * Creation, modification, adjustment, and grading of patterns using specialized digital pattern-making software. * Adaptation of patterns to ensure their technical and production feasibility. * Preparation of patterns suitable for manufacturing and production. * Exporting and organizing patterns in formats compatible with internal and external production processes. * Close collaboration with the design team to ensure correct fit, structure, and technical specifications for each garment. * Performing technical modifications and corrections as needed. * Meeting established delivery deadlines. **Requirements** * Specific training in digital pattern making. * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital pattern making and technical garment development. * Proficiency in digital pattern-making software such as Gerber, CLO3D, Lectra, or equivalent. * Possession of a personal license for the software routinely used. * Ability to create fully developed, production-ready patterns. * Advanced knowledge of pattern-making techniques, fitting, grading, and garment transformation. * Ability to export patterns and technical documentation into compatible formats, including Excel files. * Experience modifying and correcting patterns across various stages of product development. * Capacity to work autonomously as a freelance professional. * Strong attention to detail, technical precision, and quality orientation. * Flexibility to adapt to diverse designs, styles, and production requirements. **Selection Process Steps** * Application submission and candidate evaluation. * Review of technical proficiency and professional experience. * Verification of software used and expertise in digital pattern making. * Evaluation of technical quality of developed patterns. * Initial training. * Completion of the technical test. * WAENN certification at varying levels based on performance. **Conclusion** We seek a passionate digital pattern-making professional eager to join an innovative project within the fashion industry.
