With ALE\-HOP’s national and international expansion, our teams continue growing rapidly, and we need to strengthen our Purchasing Department. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Develop and review demand forecasts based on sales analysis, market trends, and seasonality. * Plan and optimize inventory to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Manage and monitor the budget for the assigned category. * Coordinate with other departments to align supply with sales forecasts. * Analyze campaign results, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions. * Use forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence platforms to track KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the retail sector. Languages: English proficiency is an advantage.
