At **Logicalis Spain**, we are looking for 1 **Data Engineer / Data Modeler** to join strategic projects within the Data area, participating in defining the data model and operational model that will support new corporate applications and AI agents on the AWS Cloud environment. The **Data & AI team at Logicalis** works with national and international clients, delivering major data engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics projects, as well as data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture—covering the entire data lifecycle. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and design data models for new corporate applications and AI agents. * Design operational models and consumption layers tailored to different business use cases. * Participate in defining reusable data structures and semantic models. * Translate business functional requirements into efficient and scalable data modeling solutions. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for consumption by applications and analytical processes. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure correct interpretation and utilization of information. * Contribute to defining best practices for data modeling and data governance within projects. * Participate in initiatives to evolve the data platform and associated operational models. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a **Data Engineer**, **Data Modeler**, or in similar roles. * Solid experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. * Knowledge and experience in designing data operational models. * Proficiency in **SQL**. * Experience working with **Data Warehouse (DWH)** and/or **Lakehouse** architectures. * Experience with **Snowflake**, currently used as our Data Warehouse, is highly desirable. * Experience in **AWS Cloud** environments is desirable. * Familiarity with data ecosystems oriented toward consumption by Artificial Intelligence applications is desirable. * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into reusable data solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including both technical and functional stakeholders. * Capacity for autonomous work, sound technical judgment, and strong communication skills with various stakeholders. **BENEFITS** \> **Immediate incorporation** into a leading IT company with deep expertise in the Data & Analytics domain, currently undergoing significant expansion. \> **Job stability** via an indefinite-term contract, offering ample opportunities for **professional development and growth within the company**. \> **Hybrid work model**, with some office presence required for collaborative sessions and business meetings. \> **Highly competitive compensation package**, aligned with the candidate’s qualifications. \> Eligibility for **flexible compensation plans** (meal card, transportation card, and childcare card). \> **Private health insurance** and **GYMPASS**. \> **Tailored training programs** per profile (**technical courses, official certifications, language training**, etc.). \> **Employee-exclusive discount portal**. \> **Positive work environment** and highly collaborative culture.
