Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to transform ambiguous business needs into robust, scalable, and actionable data solutions, leading the entire data lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Innovative and dynamic environment with growth opportunities **What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to take ownership of transforming needs (often ambiguous) into robust, scalable, and actionable data solutions, covering the full lifecycle of use cases: from problem definition through production deployment, adoption, and impact measurement. Additionally: Act as the liaison between business and data teams, understanding business needs and translating problems into actionable analytical use cases. Define, design, and evolve data solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Lead data initiatives from end to end, coordinating dependencies across business, IT, and corporate departments. Design data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models, ensuring quality, scalability, and reusability. Drive Power BI dashboards and data solutions, and integrate generative AI into data products to enhance decision-making and automate insights. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering. Languages: English at least B2 level or higher. Other skills and knowledge: Experience leading end\-to\-end data projects, strong SQL proficiency, expertise in Power BI and generative AI. **What do we offer?** Hybrid remote work model.
