We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with proven hands-on experience managing and operating cybersecurity technologies to join our IT team. The role involves a hybrid work model (remote work and on-site presence in Madrid city). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of practical experience operating cybersecurity tools related to the following areas: * Data loss prevention * Email analysis * Antivirus * Internet protection * Vulnerability assessment and remediation Key Responsibilities: * Security tool administration: + Configure, maintain, and update security solutions such as antivirus, EDR, anti\-Spam, SIEM platforms, DLP, etc. + Ensure proper integration of these tools with the rest of the technology infrastructure. * Policy and rule management + Implement and fine-tune security policies in tools according to the company’s cybersecurity policies and procedures. + Create and maintain filtering rules, whitelists/blacklists, and access control configurations. * Exception handling + Evaluate and apply requests for exceptions to security policies, ensuring a balance between functionality and protection. + Document and justify each exception in accordance with established procedures. * Monitoring and maintenance + Monitor the operational status of security tools to ensure availability and performance. + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Automation and continuous improvement + Participate in automating repetitive tasks using scripts or orchestration tools. + Propose improvements to tool configuration and usage to optimize effectiveness. * Collaboration and support + Work collaboratively with other technical teams (networks, systems, development) to implement security controls. + Provide second-level technical support related to security tools. * Documentation + Maintain up-to-date technical documentation covering configurations, procedures, and implemented changes. * Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies. - English: B2
