Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced lathe operator for machining diverse parts, including reading engineering drawings and using precision tools. Key Highlights: 1. General turning of parts up to 4 meters in length and Ø700 2. Experience in reading engineering drawings and machining individual parts 3. Valued experience with various materials and turning techniques General turning of parts typically up to 4 meters in length and Ø700 Minimum 3 years of experience operating conventional lathes Permanent contract Preferred experience includes: \- Reading and interpreting machining drawings \- Turning individual parts or short production runs \- Turning repair parts \- Turning cones, threads, radii, grooves, etc. \- Steels, stainless steels, aluminum, bronzes, plastics, hardened materials, etc. \- Use of 3-jaw or 4-jaw chucks, centers, steady rests, etc. \- Manual tool sharpening \- Use of centesimal precision measuring instruments \- Knowledge of trigonometry and basic mathematics Working Hours: \- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM, with two breaks of 15 and 30 minutes \- Friday: 7:30 AM to 1:45 PM, with one 15-minute break Gross annual salary up to €31,000 Salary: Up to €31,000.00 per year Benefits: * Intensive working schedule on Fridays Education: * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) (Desirable) Experience: * Conventional lathe operation: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
