One of our clients—a consultancy with over 10 years of experience—is looking for an **ISO Standards Consultant** who wants to join a close-knit, professional team eager to do things right. **Your Role** You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining management systems primarily based on the following standards: * **ISO 9001** (quality), * **ISO 14001** (environment), * **ISO 45001** (occupational health and safety). **What We Offer** * **Annual gross salary of €24,000 + €2,000 performance-based bonus**. * **100% remote work** (except for initial onboarding days at the office). * Company mobile phone and laptop. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30 (with one hour for lunch). * **Intensive working schedule on Fridays throughout the year + full months of July and August (08:00–15:00)**. * Client visits in Madrid (and up to two trips per year within mainland Spain—to cities such as Valencia, Málaga, etc.). * Full coverage of travel expenses during these trips—including meals, accommodation, and rental car—if required. * Mileage reimbursement at €0.21/km. * Holidays: 22 days of vacation (17 of which must be taken in August due to low business activity) + December 25 and 31 off. * A supportive, experienced team: you’ll learn from the best and have room to grow. * Challenging and varied projects where you can make your mark and enjoy your work. **What We Need From You** * Minimum **2 years’ experience as an ISO consultant**, covering the standards mentioned above. * Relevant education or training. * Immediate availability or availability after summer. * During an initial phase, you’ll accompany colleagues on audits to become familiar with processes and methodologies. Later, you’re expected to operate autonomously, directly managing your own client portfolio. * Eagerness to learn and grow; passion for new challenges. * Strong **stress management skills** and adaptability. * **Positive attitude**, interpersonal skills, and customer orientation. We want clients to look forward to your next visit. * Residency in **Madrid or its surrounding areas**. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
