In an **industrial building project within the logistics sector**, and under the guidance of the construction execution manager, you will have **continuous on-site presence**, serving as the main support for the construction execution manager by assisting in management, coordination, and ensuring favorable progress of the project. Among other responsibilities, you will: * Provide technical support, especially in installations, to the construction execution manager. * Participate in direct communication with the client and project management. * Support the resolution of incidents related to civil works and mechanical and electrical installations under the responsibility of the construction execution manager. * Assist the construction execution manager in reporting project progress and development to the project manager. * Carry out on-site tasks assigned by the construction execution manager. **Requirements:** --------------- Education and Training: * Higher Vocational Training in Building Projects or Thermal and Fluid Systems Installations (or equivalent training in electricity and mechanical installations). * Knowledge of industrial installations (electrical, HVAC, fire protection systems). * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 60 hours). * Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM (Revit) knowledge is desirable. * Highly valued: Degrees in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Works. Experience: * At least 3 years of experience in civil works and industrial construction. * Previous experience working with REVIT is highly desirable.
