Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality while strictly adhering to established budgets and schedules. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution Control: On-site supervision to ensure works strictly follow the technical project and current regulations. * Economic Management: Cost control, construction certifications, budget reviews, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors. * Planning: Monitoring Gantt charts to ensure delivery milestones are met without deviations. * Health and Safety: Coordination and supervision of all occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Documentation: Preparation of site meeting minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. A Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Construction is required (professional registration is valued).
