Job Summary: We are seeking a driver/delivery person to coordinate delivery information, optimize routes, and manage deliveries/pickups, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting of incidents and compliance with Compliance regulations. **What You Can Expect** **: At Rhenus, we seek a driver/delivery person whose mission is to coordinate available information about the delivery area and customer characteristics to carry out planned deliveries/pickups efficiently, saving time and fuel. Manage between 300 and 500 delivery notes (deliveries and pickups) per month. Responsibilities: * Check the vehicle’s proper condition. * Review cargo pickup documentation on the terminal. * Deliver original documentation. * Report incidents occurring along the route. * Implement assigned controls and procedures related to Compliance. * Collect evidence demonstrating compliance with and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Verify vehicle functionality before departure to ensure travel safety. * Review and plan the cargo loading list for proper distribution. * Provide customers with stamped documentation upon request for original documentation. * Report incidents occurring during transit to the destination. * Record incidents related to delivery and pickup of goods on the terminal. * Apply assigned procedures and controls related to Compliance. * Periodically collect evidence demonstrating compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. **What You Bring:** Requirements: * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma. * Basic knowledge: Class C driving license and Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP). * Specific knowledge: ADR license and knowledge of GDP regulations. * Minimum experience: 2 years. * Minimum probationary period: 6 months.
