BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is currently seeking a **Commercial Advisor** to join a **REAL ESTATE AGENCY** located in **Mairena del Aljarafe**. The selected candidate must specialize in **lead generation and management via telephone**. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Telephone-based lead management and follow-up from social media channels, targeting individuals interested in selling real estate; performing initial qualification and scheduling acquisition appointments with the specialist agent responsible for seller acquisition. * Follow-up with leads experiencing difficulties related to mortgage payments, providing information on possible solutions, advising on company services, and—where appropriate—scheduling interviews with the commercial manager, either at the office or at the client’s residence. * Telephone-based attention and management of buyers interested in available properties, conducting an initial qualification phase to identify needs, profile, and purchasing potential, and scheduling property viewings best suited to their interests. * Accompanying potential buyers during property viewings and subsequent follow-up, managing the commercial process through to formalization—where applicable—of the earnest money contract. * Monitoring and updating the buyer database, maintaining active communication with contacts, and identifying new commercial opportunities. * Conducting commercial prospecting activities within the agency’s catchment area via letterbox distribution, approximately 4–6 times per month. * Commercial prospecting in the local area through visits to nearby shops and businesses, establishing relationships with local enterprises and gathering information about potential property owners interested in selling. **What are we looking for in you?** * Own vehicle is mandatory * Prior experience in telemarketing, insurance sales, alarm systems, financial products, or automotive sales is highly valued. * Must reside in or near the following areas: Mairena del Aljarafe, Bormujos, Gelves, San Juan del Aznalfarache, Tomares. **What does the company offer?** * 6-month contract \+ indefinite contract * Full-time schedule on split shifts (hours vary by season) * On-site position (100% in-person) in Mairena del Aljarafe (Seville) * Salary: €1,800 net \+ commissions If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
