At OAKBERRY, we are seeking a **Business Development Coordinator** to support the expansion and operation of our franchise network across Europe. Responsibilities * Support Master Franchisees throughout the new store opening process, from location approval to grand opening. * Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards. * Manage the store opening calendar and pipeline, performing forecasts and tracking contractual commitments. * Address franchisees’ operational needs and evaluate requests related to pricing, menus, products, and toppings. * Analyze sell-out data, product performance, market trends, and competition. * Analyze results of operational audits, identify improvement opportunities, and track action plans. * Serve as the main point of contact between Master Franchisees and internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or a related field. * Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Experience in franchising, retail, food service, operations, or business development is a plus.
