Job Summary: We are looking for committed and proactive bus drivers to join our team in Mallorca, delivering excellent customer service while complying with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability with a permanent-discontinuous contract. **Sagalés is expanding its team!** We are expanding our team at our Mallorca bases! We are recruiting bus drivers to perform regular services from our Felanitx and Artá bases. **You are our ideal colleague if you possess the following competencies:** * Proper customer service and conflict management skills. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Commitment and responsibility. * Engagement. * Empathy. * Problem-solving ability and proactivity. **Responsibilities you would assume:** * Drive in accordance with current regulations and environmental standards. * Provide excellent service to users and customers, demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and adherence to the company’s equality and non-discrimination policy as well as its core values. * Manage any conflicts arising with users in the most appropriate manner, aligned with the company’s values. * Ensure proper use of company tools and maintain the vehicle correctly, reporting issues via the work app and notifying the Traffic Manager of any malfunctions. * Follow instructions in the work app regarding service delivery, reporting any anomalies or incidents. **What do we require?** * Driving Licence D, Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP), and tachograph card. * Prior experience driving buses will be considered favourably. * Availability to work scheduled shifts (morning, afternoon, and split shifts). * Availability to work weekends. **Advantages of working at Sagalés:** * Job stability through permanent-discontinuous employment. * If you lack prior experience, don’t worry!
